Refund & Returns Policy for MS CHIKAN ARTS
Exchanges
We offer exchanges under specific conditions:

Eligibility: Exchanges are only provided for items with damages, manufacturing defects, and for entirely different products than what was ordered.

Time Limit: Our exchange policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. No request will be accepted after this period.

Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the original condition, and must retain all tags and original packaging. Washed or used items are not eligible.

Size/Fitting/Color Issues: We also offer exchanges for size/fitting/fabric/color issues.

Exchange Limit: Customers are permitted to initiate a return or exchange for their orders only once.

Exchange Fee: If an exchange is requested, an additional charge of ₹100 will be applied to each order.

Important Note: A complete parcel opening video is required for any claim of defects.

Sale Items: Sale items cannot be Exchanged/Returned.
Returns & Refunds
We offer returns only for defective and faulty items.
How to Apply for a Return:

To apply for a return, you can email us your order details and concern at mschikanart1@gmail.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing:

Once your return is accepted and approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to the original method of payment.

Refunds may take up to 10 working days from the date of approval.

Shipping Cost: The shipping cost for the return product will be refunded only in case of defects.
Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within the mentioned duration, please check your bank account history.

You may also contact your bank or credit card company, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
